Unless I missed it, armor doesn't have ENC but what happens when a character has reason to lug around unworn armor?
Due to the cumbersome shape and weight, I'd go with 1 ENC per AR so a suit of Full Plate is 6 ENC when strapped on your back. Alternatively it's 1 less than AR so padded is 0 ENC (like clothes) and Full Plate is ENC 5.
