Extra block reactions for high Shield skill level?

RAW shields passively grant AR in exchange for DX penalties which is all fine and dandy provided your opponent attacks through the shield.

It occurred to me that as an option, Shield skill could grant a bonus Block reaction at +3 and +6 so a shield master with +6 shield could potentially have 3 blocks per round. IMO all weapons should grant bonus attacks including polearms (probably +1 attack or parry at +4)

that seems very far-fetched to me, especially with a large shield. if insisted to allow it, i would grant the extra block at +6 skill level.

i agree, with the exception of Sling. on pole arms. allow an extra attack or parry at +3 and +6 skill level.

i would change Unarmed to a bonus to damage only (no attack bonus) and allow extra attacks at +2, +4, and +6.
